The Purchasing Department recognizes that with the complexity of the requisition approval process, it can be frustrating waiting to learn if and when Purchasing receives your requisition.  For your convenience, Purchasing maintains a log of all requisitions received, listed by account number.  The requisition stays on the log until a Purchase Order has been approved.  This information is updated on a daily basis.

If a PO Number is listed  -  it is for reference only.  Do not call a vendor and give out the purchase order number.  Check FOIDOCH to see if the order is approved and verify the vendor selected for your order!

To use this page, simply scroll down by account number to the requisition you are looking for.  If it is received in Purchasing and a Purchase Order has not been completed, it will appear on this log.

You can also click on this button and insert your requisition number.  This will automatically take you to the req., if it is in the table.  The buyer assigned to your order is listed, and a complete list of buyers and telephone numbers is contained at the bottom of the page
